Work outside a plan is billed at $75/hour. Email is best kept on
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and I'll help you set it up.

Do I need to move my hosting to work with you?
No. Essential Care works with hosting you already own. Managed Care includes hosting if you'd prefer not to deal with it at all.
My site isn't on WordPress. Can you still help?
Yes. I also maintain static HTML sites, including hosting and content updates. Pricing depends on the site, so just get in touch.
Why don't you host email?
Dedicated email providers like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 deliver more reliably and give you better spam protection. I'll help you set it up and connect it to your domain.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
Extra work is billed hourly, and I'll always tell you before starting anything that falls outside your plan.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, and it saves 10%. Annual billing means one invoice a year instead of twelve.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans run month to month or year to year. If you ever leave, I'll hand over everything you need to take your site elsewhere.
Do you offer emergency support?
Plans include stated business-day response times. Urgent after-hours work can be arranged at an additional rate.
